Coaching & Author Platform
A three-time #1 international bestselling author, inspirational speaker and master NLP coach had built several distinct product lines – books, courses, coaching programmes, DVD shows – and each one had arrived with its own tooling. Funnels in one app, surveys in another, podcast and blog hosted separately, books selling across several more. The catch wasn’t any individual tool. It was that a subscriber who found the client through the podcast was a stranger to the course platform, and every new launch meant starting the audience from scratch somewhere else.
Our answer was a single back end that could still present many faces to the public. We migrated the existing content across and launched a membership community and website with a course and member-only content at its centre, then built dedicated standalone sites for each key product so they could be marketed and sold on their own terms while sharing one customer base underneath. Around that: the podcast and blog, book sales pages spanning physical copies, ebooks, audiobooks and DVD shows, a centralised ticket system for customer support, and a media centre tracking every appearance in one place.
Two builds went beyond the standard set. A diagnostic survey asks visitors to name their biggest challenge and sends them to an outcome page written for that answer, rather than a generic thank-you. And the printed journals the coaching work had always relied on were rebuilt as interactive questions inside the course lessons – the reflection now happens where the teaching does, and each member’s answers stay with their account instead of in a notebook the client never sees.
The client can now launch a new product without adding a new platform, and the people who follow the podcast, read the blog, buy the books and join the programmes are finally the same list.
